Initially we were sold based on the knowledgeable and personable salesman and subsequently Kevin, the owner. The presentation was extremely thorough with photos of the project, any work hazards and special requests noted, and product information is very clear and pricing itemized and understandable. Questions were answered immediately and any delays (i.e. supply chain and COVID issues) were acknowledged and explained. Terri in the office is personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful during the process. Andy and Chris, the installers, were detail-oriented, skilled, had a great work ethic and were personable as well. We were very pleased with our experience. Good communication from the owner (Kevin) project manager (Scott) and especially the office (Terri). Terri is a key component to keeping us informed, which helped us with delays and start-dates.
